There's a long history of comedians turning to dramatic movie roles and totally killing it. We wanted to examine this trend and see why it works. What makes a comedian such a damn good actor? From Whoopi Goldberg winning an Oscar to Steve Carell knocking it out of the park in everything he does, there seems to be some significant overlap between comedy and drama. Let's talk about it.
