Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's yet another actor playing Superman!
Strong rumors suggest Henry Cavill is stepping away from the DCEU and will no longer play Superman. While it hasn't been officially confirmed, it hasn't been denied either. Instead the studio simply stated they hadn't made any decisions yet. What we do know is that they're not actively developing another Superman film starring the British actor. The studio however is full steam ahead on the production of other DCEU properties like Wonder Woman 1984, Aquaman and possibly Flash and Supergirl movies, but no Man of Steel or Justice League. So we're taking this opportunity to look at who should play the only son of Krypton in what will inevitably be yet another reboot. There are a few actors on the shortlist that have got us excited and probably a bit emotional.
